Master Plan, 2012. Large – Scale private theme park, with an area dedicated to wildlife and another for entertainment.

The installations have been designed for an annual attendance of 30 million visitors. The program includes Day Safari, Night Safari, Amphitheater for an extravagance show with a capacity of 10.000 visitors, 500 residential villas, 5 star hotel with 1000 rooms, Water Park, Artificial Snow Ski Park, among others attractions.
